Members of the Topic Assignees group have all the necessary capabilities to moderate forum topics that are assigned to them.
Create Topic Assignees group
Upon clicking the Create button, the Topic Assignees group is created and an appropriate set of capabilities is automatically assigned to it.
Tip: Review your Topic Assignees group and its assigned capabilities through your Dashboard via Groups > Groups.
Grant Users with Assignee rights
To grant a user with assignee rights, go to Users and add the user to the Topic Assignees group.
Members of this group are allowed to moderate (edit and publish) topics which are assigned to them and can also use the Topic Classes.
