A useful feature is available to classify topics. Classes are not the default topic status automatically provided by Groups Forums.
Administrators can manage topic Classes. To create a new Class go to Topics > Classes.
In the above example 3 classes are added: To do, Doing and Done. These are helpful labels for a support working system.
Moderators and Assignees can use the defined classes.
Topic Moderators are allowed to create and use topic classes:
- edit_topic_classes
- assign_topic_classes
Topic Assignees are allowed to use topic classes:
- assign_topic_classes
